I have been dreaming about the food at ever since my first visit back in November. This hidden gem in Crystal River has incredible and authentic Italian dishes. If you are in the area, this is a must!

Loving these keto-friendly pinwheels that were inspired by .weight.up ♥️

I started the week back on a low-carb plan and these are perfect for a light lunch or a snack. Easy to make and tasty, you can customize them to your liking. Here is what I used:

1. Carb-balance whole wheat tortillas from
2. Cream cheese spread with chive & onion from
3. Deli-fresh rotisserie season chicken breast from
4. Genoa salame from
5. Shredded iceberg lettuce from
6. Spicy red sandwich spread from
7. Hot banana pepper rings from
8. Everything seasoning from

Prep:

Lay out your tortilla on a large cutting board and spread a nice even layer of the cream cheese on the entire surface. On one side of the tortilla, place three pieces of the chicken slices, top with three pieces of the salame, add a handful of lettuce on top of the meats, top with the banana pepper rings and the Wickles spread. Season with the everything bagel seasoning and then roll like a burrito. Slice into sections and serve!

These are great to prepare ahead of time for a quick snack or a lunch on the go. You can switch up any of the ingredients, but I just wanted to share what I used. I really like things spicy!

By the way, I am OBSESSED with and it’s my dream to work with them one day. 😍

I don’t know about you, but I have never cared for non-alcoholic beer or wine. I tried them both during the holidays when I was pregnant with my kids and I dumped them both right out.

I finally got to try and LOVE my bottle. It helps me reach my daily water intake goals and I love the flavor cartridges. You can control the amount of flavor and there are tons of varieties.

Happy 2021!!!

I’m kicking off the month with a 5k a day challenge after being inspired by . Running has always been my passion and I have probably completed 25/ or so 1/2 marathons in the last four years. I’ve taken some time off and I’m ready to get back at it, so I’m starting slow with a 5K a day for the month of January. My goal is to run a full marathon on my birthday in March.

Please pardon my running shoes, as they have seen better days. I really need to get some new running shoes so if you have any recommendations, please drop them below.

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas holiday! I know I sure did.

Next up is celebrating to new year and I have a great recipe for your Nee Year’s Eve/Day festivities. I featured this recipe a few years ago on my blog when I was an ambassador with . I just LOVE their wines as they are fantastic and the price point is excellent.

I created this warm Brie topped with all of my favorites ingredients from my home state of California: fruits, nuts, honey, and more.

I love using Brie but you can use any brand you like. Pair this with a glass, or two, of and you will have a tasty treat. Full recipe link in bio.

Just me and Shorty the Pimp.

This is my ahhhmazing rescue dog **ie. I brought him home in August of 2015 after he was found on the streets and abused at only a few month old.

The first time I saw him, I knew he was meant to be my dog. He is sweet, loving, and well, just a tad needy. I affectionately call him the “needy we**ie.”

I named him Vinny because he looked like a big Italian sausage and I have always loved the movie My Cousin Vinny. I truly thought he was a mini dachshund when I brought him home because I had two growing up and he looked I-DENTICAL. 🤣(movie pun)

Like he kept growing and growing. He now clocks in around 60 lbs. Whenever I take him out I hear all kinds of funny comments like, “That’s a huge wiener!” or “That’s the Arnold Schwarzenegger of wiener dogs.” or “Damn that’s a huge we**ie.” Trust me, I have heard it all. 🤣

Needless to say, he is like my third child and I adore him. Follow him **ie as he will be pumping up his insta in the new year.

BTW, his full name is Vinny Pacino Guida so watch out...he’s one tough we**ie and is looking to work with some dog brands in the new year or else! **ie

I LOVE and enjoyed their Jalapeño Holly and Buffalo Barclay. To cut carbs, I just get scoops and replace the crackers with celery.
