This weekend I had the chance to try a new sandwich of epic proportions with my dear friend . We ate well and enjoyed some with our meals. ⁣

I have been dreaming about the food at ever since my first visit back in November. This hidden gem in Crystal River has incredible and authentic Italian dishes. If you are in the area, this is a must!

Loving these keto-friendly pinwheels that were inspired by .weight.up ♥️

I started the week back on a low-carb plan and these are perfect for a light lunch or a snack. Easy to make and tasty, you can customize them to your liking. Here is what I used:

1. Carb-balance whole wheat tortillas from
2. Cream cheese spread with chive & onion from
3. Deli-fresh rotisserie season chicken breast from
4. Genoa salame from
5. Shredded iceberg lettuce from
6. Spicy red sandwich spread from
7. Hot banana pepper rings from
8. Everything seasoning from

Prep:

Lay out your tortilla on a large cutting board and spread a nice even layer of the cream cheese on the entire surface. On one side of the tortilla, place three pieces of the chicken slices, top with three pieces of the salame, add a handful of lettuce on top of the meats, top with the banana pepper rings and the Wickles spread. Season with the everything bagel seasoning and then roll like a burrito. Slice into sections and serve!

These are great to prepare ahead of time for a quick snack or a lunch on the go. You can switch up any of the ingredients, but I just wanted to share what I used. I really like things spicy!

By the way, I am OBSESSED with and it’s my dream to work with them one day. 😍
