I work with the Home Owners Associaton of Warwick Hills & residents that live around the Warwick Hills golf course in Grand Blanc to help turn the neighborhood into a community. I do this by welcoming new residents into the neighborhood in person as well as through their NextDoor. I also help the neighborhood put together their private monthly reader-generated newsletter that gets mailed directly

to them. The newsletter is 100% free to the residents thanks to the trustworthy businesses who sponsor the publication, allowing them to become supporters rather than solicitors. Every month we feature a different family in the neighborhood, as well as a pet, recently renovated living space, athlete, resident business owner, as well as one of the business sponsors of the publication. What our partners love is that the content comes from the residents and is very personal and relevant, like the People Magazine of the neighborhood or the Facebook-In-Print - so they know their ads are actually getting seen (instead of recycled) allowing them to effectively reach and brand their business. Because we work with this demographic all across the country we know they make purchasing decisions based on referrals from their neighbors and the companies reputation (rather than the cheapest price). This is why we also hold private social events for the residents 8-10x a year to allow them to meet their neighbors as well as the businesses who support the newsletter. This allows the residents to build relationships with the community and our partners to establish trust with the very people they are branding their business to.
