It’s been a while since I’ve posted any custom work that I’ve done, but here’s a few pics from the latest job that I had the pleasure and privilege of doing. This was for a bachelor party that a good buddy of mine was throwing.

Super fun to do and be a part of.

While I’ve been slowly grinding and churning to get my apparel business’ ass off the ground, I’ve been working with an amazing and long time friend utilizing my low-brow skills as a graphic designer, photographer and copywriter.

He reminded me the other day that I need to keep hustling and to never settle.

It made me realize that I still love pressing shirts just as much as I love the design aspect.

And with that, I just wanted to let y’all know that I’m available for any type of custom apparel or accessory project that you or anyone you know may have a need for.

Just to be clear, I didn’t design these graphics, they were sent to me and I just facilitated the final product.

I’ll admit that I’m not a super pro graphic designer, but I might just be good enough for what you need.

So if you need some graphic design work done, I’m happy and hungry enough to show you what I’ve got. I do know my limitations and I promise to not try and jerk you...

Born on Nov. 27, 1973, in Kyiv, Ukraine, Dr. Vladimir “Zev” Zelenko immigrated to the United States with his family when he was 3, and settled in the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn.

Zelenko attended the State University of New York at Buffalo and earned a Doctor of Medicine degree in 2000. He had been a community physician in Kiryas Joel and ran a family practice in Monroe.

In 2020, when his patients started coming to him with a mysterious respiratory illness, he began researching what doctors from around the world were doing for people with similar conditions. From his discoveries, he developed what would go on to be known as the Zelenko Protocol.

Despite moves to prohibit Dr. Zelenko from doing his work by then Governor Cuomo and even after being banned from the social media platform, Twitter, he has been credited with overseeing the successful treatment of roughly 7500 patients and millions worldwide have also benefited from his protocol.

In 2021, he was nominated for a Nobel Prize for his breakthrough in science. Sadly, he passed away after a long battle with cancer on June 30, 2022.

I myself, would like to show my gratitude and thank Dr. Zelenko immensly for his tireless work and activism.

I am fortunate to have found out about his protocol prior to falling ill in late 2021, and I wish it was available in January 2020, when I was severely sick for nearly two weeks.

We may have lost a great ally to humanity, but his legacy, light and inspiration will continue to live on in all of those who he was able to reach…

Anarchists are typically viewed as violent people who commit acts of terrorism. This is a myth perpetuated by the media and politicians to reinforce the current political system. The “Anarchists” you see being reported on tv are nothing more than agent provocateurs and vandals, committing randomly staged acts of vandalism, either by their own accord or under the direction of an agency with an agenda to denigrate the virtues of Anarchism.

To those of you reading this who already know this to be true, I adore you. As for the uninitiated, I invite you to explore the fundamentals of Anarchy and come to your own unbiased conclusion.

I’ve been a fan of every Maynard James Keenan project that I know about. Starting with Tool, then A Perfect Circle, even daydreaming of the potential he and Trent Reznor coming together to form Tapeworm.

Sadly Tapeworm never fully materialized due to record label battles, prior obligations and bad timing.

His latest project, Puscifer, took some time for me to warm up to, but ever since discovering the song, “Apocalyptical”, I’m hooked.

The video is such a departure from his typical personna and the subject matter is nothing short of being relevant to the climate of current events. I’ve posted some screen grabs along with some of the lyrics. I highly recommend you giving it a watch, especially if you’re a fan of MJK.

Happy New Year!

I’ve never been habitual with making resolutions, but with the way that 2021 ended, 2022 is already looking to be jam packed with optimism and potential for growth.

I have many goals this year, but to keep it short, I’ve narrowed it down to the two main goals from which all the others stem.

My first resolution is to be better. Better than last year, better than the me I was a year ago. I’ve learned a lot while in self-isolation. About myself, other people, CBD, designing shirts, science and more. The most important takeaway is that we always have the capacity to do better and be better.

My second goal is to enjoy the time I have with my wife and children even more than I did last year. I love being around as we guide the growth of our two sons. And I’ll never want this ride to end.

Stay free out there, scholarly warriors. Things may get even more interesting as we go forward.

Resist. Disobey. Revolt.

Nothing can be more inhibiting to actual progress than thinking you already know something, especially when most of what you think you know is rooted in a lie.

As we are being threatened with a civilization based on post-truth, and are reaching an impending transhuman era, I can only hope that those who still feel that something isn’t right with this world see that there is truth in what the masses reject, for they have built their houses of faith on a foundation of fallacy.

In 1971, five high school students in San Rafael, California, began using the term "4:20" in connection with a plan to search for an abandoned cannabis crop, based on a treasure map left by its grower.

These five called themselves the "Waldos" because their typical hang-out spot was by a wall just outside of the school, and they chose to make 4:20pm their agreed upon meet-up time to go on their hunt for this crop.

Endometriosis is a condition that affects 1 in 10 women. Over-the-counter pain medication, as well as contraceptive pills or coils containing progesterone, have been used to reduce the severity of pain associated with this disease.

Dr. Heather Bradshaw, PhD, is a professor of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Indiana University, and her passions lie in neuroscience and the biochemistry of lipid signaling.

She has nearly 100 published articles in the archives of the National Library of Medicine and is the Director of the Bradshaw Lab of Lipid Neuroscience.

Her team of scientists work to understand how lipid signaling drives changes in all aspects of neurophysiology through a systems neuroscience approach, particularly endogenous cannabinoids, or endocannabinoids, which are mostly found in the immune cells of the peripheral nervous system.

Her work has revealed that cannabinoid compounds activate certain receptors throughout the body and the nervous system, and help regulate a myriad of neurophysiological pathways. And that these receptors did not evolve to someday facilitate the ingestion of compounds from a cannabis plant.

In fact, her research supports the notion that cannabinoids found in plant matter like h**p was made to work in concert with an organism’s endocannabinoid system, and that they can greatly lessen the severity of certain conditions like endometriosis, chronic pain, and neuroinflammation.

Working from home was one of the most impactful life-changing adjustments many of us had to make last year, and we’ll more than likely continue to do so in 2021.

But as it turns out, it’s actually not all that bad. In fact, there are so many advantages to working from home that we are just beginning to discover.

One of the most important takeaways from all of this is that we became more productive and focused when we left our commutes to the office in exchange for the home-based version.

Being flexible and able to adapt to change requires a bit of a mind shift. While many of us are up for almost any challenge, a challenge is still is a challenge nonetheless.
