Lynn’s 23 years as a police officer and 12 years as a community liaison for Mayor Stephen Luecke have left a lasting mark on our city. From being named Police Officer of the Year to tackling problems head-on, Lynn’s dedication to making South Bend a better place has set a powerful example of leadership, compassion, and service.
