International Press of Boston

International Press of Boston Bringing the worldwide academic community high-quality books and journals in mathematical research, Since 1992, International Press of Boston, Inc.

has been producing high-quality books and journals in various fields of mathematics research, high-level mathematics, and mathematical physics. We currently publish eighteen journals dealing with various fields of academic mathematics research, including a journal of statistics (Statistics and Its Interface), and a journal on applications of geometry to computer imaging (Geometry, Imaging and Comp

uting). Our titles also include monographs, textbooks, and several long-running book series. In 2014, we are proud to be introducing two brand-new journals: The first journal, Cambridge Journal of Mathematics, publishes papers selected by Harvard and MIT scholars that emphasize pure mathematics but also explore a range of fields. The second journal, Notices of the International Congress of Chinese Mathematicians, features news, research, and various perspectives related to Chinese mathematics development and education--a valuable resource to those interested in keeping up with the international mathematics community. All journal papers and book manuscripts submitted for publication by International Press are subjected to peer-review to determine suitability for publication. International Press draws its editors and authors from a worldwide network of talent which includes many of the most notable and important mathematicians in their respective fields. Having close ties to the Chinese mathematics community, International Press has developed a close partnership with Higher Education Press of Beijing—the leading Chinese curriculum planner, and publisher and distributor of academic books—as well as with the Chinese publishers Tsinghua University Press, Hunan Science and Technology Press, and others.

📣 Call for Papers! 📣

Join us in honoring the legacy of Professor Richard S. Hamilton by contributing to the special Memorial Issue of BPAM on Discrete Geometry and Applications. Professor Hamilton's pioneering work on the Ricci flow has significantly influenced modern geometry, sparking new avenues of research and innovation.

This exclusive issue of the Beijing Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics will delve into discrete geometry, discrete Ricci flow, computational conformal geometry, and their diverse applications. We are seeking submissions of original research articles and expository papers that push the boundaries of theoretical understanding, introduce innovative computational methods, or showcase impactful applications in related domains.

Share your insights and findings by submitting your PDF manuscripts before January 2026 to be part of this commemorative issue.

Guest Editors:
- Xianfeng Gu ([email protected]), Stony Brook University
- Feng Luo ([email protected]), Rutgers University

To submit your PDF file, visit https://ef.msp.org/submit/bpam and choose "Special Issue on Discrete Geometry". Priority will be given to research manuscripts, but both original research and review articles are welcome. Manuscripts that have been previously published in a similar form in peer-reviewed journals will not be considered.

For inquiries about the submission process, reach out to us at [email protected]. Let's celebrate Professor Hamilton's contributions together through this special issue!
