IAC Video Wall Time Lapse Construction
The NYC-based media and internet company IAC recently updated its lobby with a stunning 117x10-foot LED video wall. VCA designed, engineered and integrated the wall. It features Christie Digital CorePlus Series LED, 1.4mm pixel pitch, with four Christie Spyder X80 processors, fully redundant.
Over 52 million pixels are displayed over the 1,200 square feet of LEDs. The wall supports content at 4K60, 12-bit color depth, and it is broadcast-ready with 12G SDI integration.
Video Wall with Mirror Effect
Here's a 4x4 video wall wrapped around a column. What's really unique about this application is the way a mirror is used overhead, presenting the illusion of the video wall extending through the ceiling.

The Prodigious post-production facility in Brooklyn, NY is one of the few of its type that encapsulates a start-to-finish or ingest-to-deliver process in one building. Also unique is that the client can both archive off to tape locally or to the cloud.
The scope includes 6 video edit suites; 2 Surround audio mixing rooms with isolation recording booths; 6-person Avid and Adobe bullpen; 12-person graphics bullpen; Central Machine Room; 20 producer admin stations. Four of the editing suites are comprised of Avid Media Composer, now accessible in the cloud.
