Lalai Jane Dickerson has been located.

**MISSING PERSON**

The Pender County Sheriff's Office is attempting to locate a missing runaway 16 -year-old juvenile named Lalai Jane Dickerson. Lalai Dickerson was last seen on Sunday, July 14, 2024, at 1:31 AM from 102 Aaron Ct. Burgaw N.C.

Lalai Dickerson is approximately 5'1" in height and weighs approximately 102 pounds. She has hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a light-colored over-sized hoodie and shorts.

Anyone with any information regarding Lalai Jane Dickerson's whereabouts is urged to contact the Pender County Sheriff's Office at 910-259-1212.

Murder Suspect(s) Sought- The Pender County Sheriff’s Office is requesting information on the murder of Kenneth Dale Tatum, which occurred on Sunday, February 18, 2024, at the victim's residence, located in the Rocky Point area of Pender County.

On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at approximately 4:00 A.M., Onslow County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call for service at Chadwick Shores Drive in Sneads Ferry in reference to a fire and suspected arson. Once on scene, deputies learned three residents of the home were at a neighbor’s house, having fled the burning residence. All three were transported to Naval Hospital, Camp Lejeune, one of which was later airlifted to Chapel Hill Burn Center. All victims are expected to recover from their injuries.

The investigation revealed another resident, 62-year-old Duane Christopher Brower, was responsible for intentionally setting the fire. Brower left the residence prior to law enforcement arriving on the scene. A statewide broadcast was sent to all law enforcement agencies. Brower was later apprehended without incident by Holly Ridge Police Department during a traffic stop.

Duane Christopher Brower was taken before a magistrate and charged with the following offenses:

(3) Counts Attempted First Degree Murder
First Degree Arson
Felony Malicious use of Explosive/Incendiary

He is detained at Onslow County Detention Center under no Bond. Brower’s first court appearance is scheduled for 3/13/2024.
