I’m surprised it took him 5.5 weeks to put him on the bike for the first time.

I anticipate he will have his first dirt bike by 4 years old.

She is in Slidell, she has these ready for same day turn around on t shirts (and sweaters if she can get them locally). If she has to order the sweaters, a few days.

She does porch pickup in Slidell or you can pick up from her in Mandeville M - F during work hours!

The days are long, but the years are short.

All of his firsts are also our lasts.

We have no more healthy embryos and I’m not willing to go through IVF again.

I’d rather go through Army basic training 100 more times than go through the mental anguish of IVF again.

It’s an odd experience knowing this is our only child and wanting to cherish every single moment.

If you have SageSure homeowners insurance and you live in, or near, Slidell LA - heads up: they’re coming around and photographing roofs. They did ours at 4pm yesterday.

I may or may not have asked the guy: “should I just give you my left arm and my first born child now or wait until I get my inevitable premium increase in the mail?”

Anyone else feel me? We pay 7k a year for a 1300 square foot house, never filed a claim. Oh, and only 2 other companies write policies for my address and they won’t insure us because of the age of our roof!

Yay for living in an AE10 flood zone!

I have contacted over 30 companies - I promise, if you name them - I have called them. We have been dropped twice for address and age of roof!

At this point, we are looking at paying cash for a new roof because if we file a claim - we will get dropped. If we don’t get a new roof soon - we will get dropped.

AND WE STILL PAY 7K A YEAR!

I’ve entered the roof lotto for Louisiana both times it’s opened lately, not selected.

SO - who knows of an honesty roofing company that offers a cash discount???

I posted a reel about this, but for those of you who prefer to read posts - I had to post this here also because it hits entirely too close to home.

A woman was implanted with the wrong embryo at Coastal Fertility Specialist in Georgia. At 5 months old, she had to give the baby to the biological parents.

What would you have done if you were the biological parents and what would you have done if you were the woman who gave birth?

As an IVF mom, I don’t know what I would do because I can’t let myself process this. I see both sides. What I feel strongly about is that she essentially became a non-consenting, free surrogate.

This is absolutely traumatic.

Does anyone else feel like SUPERIOR customer service is so hard to come by these days?

If you love to hype up a small business, will you do me a favor and go “like” Oak Harbor Nail Spa? Because their customer service is unmatched!

Mindy and Ben own it. They are family oriented, their 3 kids are their purpose for the long hours they work AND THEY TREAT EVERYONE WHO WALKS IN THE DOOR LIKE FRIENDS & FAMILY!

This is beyond heartbreaking. This poor family.

The 2 killed in Gretna by a drunk driver while attending a Mardi Gras parade were the grandparents to one of the victims killed on Bourbon St in the NYE terrorist attack.
