We are excited to start 2024 off with the publication of the English-Ukrainian edition of THE SCOTTISH CAFÉ by Susana H. Case!

THE SCOTTISH CAFÉ is a series of poems loosely based upon the experiences of the mathematicians of the Scottish Café, who lived and worked in what is now Lviv, a center of Eastern European intellectual life before World War II.

Translated by Bohdan Zaliznyak & Yuriy Zaliznyak, who currently live in Lviv, the publication of this English-Ukrainian edition testifies to the resilience of the people of Ukraine.
