The aurora borealis appeared again in Montgomery Township, early yesterday morning.

đŸ“¸ : Austen Wang-Bailey - Cherry Brook Preserve

Austen Wang-Bailey of Skillman went to a Montgomery Township Park in the early morning hours to catch a glimpse of the Perseid meteor shower, which peaked around the night of Aug. 11 and before dawn on Aug.12, with good viewing conditions for a few days on either side of the peak. The Perseid meteor shower, commonly known as the Perseids, is visible annually from mid-July to late August. "The aurora was completely unexpected," he told The Montgomery News.
