We hosted @syberspace and her band at our Kensington soundstage where they performed songs from her latest LP. Every musician performed live and recorded through our top class studio microphones and preamps. The video and audio was then mixed and edited by us. The drummer played to a click, so we were able to add in some effect tracks from their album production. We used all @sonyalpha a7 full-frame cameras shot in 4k with Sony G Master lenses and achieved 5 different angles for the video.

Recording and working with @azathemessenger was a blast and we can't wait to record him again in the future. He's a brilliant and passionate songwriter to work with. We recorded him playing both covers and originals of his own which were well written.
For this session, we used a @dpa_microphones d:facto handheld mic for his vocals and DPA 4006 Omni mics inside the piano. Drums were recorded with an @akgaudio D112 on the kic, @shure SM57 on the snare top amd SM81 on the hihat and bottom snare, @earthworksaudio DM20 on toms, and @beyerdynamic M160 for overheads. Bass and guitar were DI out of their effects pedals. We used 5 of our trusty @sonyalpha cameras.

Audio was recorded with 1 stereo DI Box for the keyboard and 17 mics from @neumann.berlin , @ribbonmics , @soyuzmicrophones , @beyerdynamic , @akgaudio , and @stamaudio .
Video was recorded 4 @sonyalpha cameras including the a7iii, a7iv, a7siii, and a7rv. Lenses used were @sony 16-35GM, 35mm 1.4GM, 50mm 1.2GM, @tamronamericas 35-150 2-2.8, and Sigma's 85mm 1.4
Lights used were @aputure.lighting ls300x with soft boxes.
