My last post was so moody I decided we needed to lighten up a little today 😅 my first swim with Kelpie was AMAZING - I’m not perfect, but one has to start somewhere! Becoming a better swimmer has been so good for my mental/physical health. Diving forces me to slow down and focus on what I’m doing in the moment. There’s nothing but me and the feeling of the water on my skin. What have you found that helps you slow down in your life?
