This was my second read from Dr. Joe Dispenza and it didn’t disappoint. I love learning why we do the things we do and this also has a large segment on ! If you have other recs, be sure to comment!

Wrapped my first reading of this book this week and wow, this was great! I have more practice to do but I find myself using the tool “Ok now I know what I don’t want so what is it I do want?” and then focusing on THAT!

I wrote my first bite-sized book in elementary school and was first published in print during 5th grade. I was hooked. Since then I have found that writing is the connection to people around the world.
