I realize folks visit this page to see what's it about. We build stuff, fix stuff and generally do that which many a contractor doesn't. We don't spend $$ on advertising, we only drive regular trucks and vans, without a logo. We work. That is the main focus here. So why?
Word of mouth is the reason why. We get so much work from that we have never required more. We keep all work in house, meaning we don't hire out any more thus insuring your quality received in your home or business. We work in doctor's offices, banks, estates and small homes and do several apartment buildings from the coastal region to as far as Pocomoke City! We are known locally and therefore stay up with needs and perform jobs accordingly. If by any reason you find yourself in need of a job done, a roof repaired or a hole in your wall from some you disagreed with on television one night, message us and we'll squeeze you in as required by emergency. If your roof leaks at 2am, he'll fix it really quickly!

Here is the man who performs the magic turning ugly homes and apartments into places of beauty. He's taking the first walk on the beach since last autumn.
A visiting buddy, Jay M. accompanied us on this chilly spring day. Mr. Ken had broken both ankles due to a horrendous fall last October. It's marvelous how well he is progressing.
Business is pouring in so we are busy, busy, busy. Yet should you need a job performed, please do call and get on the work order board, You will be glad you did.

Mr. Ken has experience spanning over forty years in the construction and remodeling field. To have remained in business with out one ad ever, is a special tribute to his work, it's al by word of mouth.
Of this we are quiet proud. For it's fool's faces and fool's names always seen in public places. (ha ha)

Family business since 1976. From major hotels at the beach to high rise buildings in the beltway area. From multi-million dollar beachfront to tiny cape cod in Potomac no jobs been left undone nor one customer left unsatisfied, ever. We receive new customers all the time, by, word of mouth. Never needed to advertise, use a website or fancy commercial vehicles.
Flooring of shopping centers, to roofs over barns. If you have a desire for a excellent job to be performed, you want to get on our schedule!
