Join me today as I am the featured designer on the Instagram ambassador spotlight. This Prairie Point Heart Pillow was designed for this Valentine series. The fabrics are from three different lines: the heart, border and backing are in the Texas Rose Dark Pink. The prairie points feature Jailhouse Stripes in Waldo Red and the background is Strawberry Patch Mint from the Prairie Sisters Homestead collection. New Pattern Alert! Sugar Bee Quilts has three new patterns that are now available. The first is the The Petal Pop Tote Bag. This pattern uses the Petal Pop Acrylic templates and was featured in the booth using fabrics. The fabrics for the tote bags in the pics (swipe to see) are both from the newest Tilda Creating Memories Tilda basics line. This tote also uses to give extra texture around the petals and flower center. Also featured in one of the last photos is the Petal Pop Zinnia pillow also in Creating Memories fabrics.

Hello Quilt Friends! I wanted to share with you this version of the "inspired by" Refracted Blooms quilt. This pattern was published in the American Quilter's Society Magazine in September 2023 and is designed by Lisa Day with fabric from the Tina's Garden collection by Tina Leto of .

I was commissioned to quilt this for the Ogallala Quilters Society for their upcoming Quilt Festival, April 5-6, 2024. This is an Opportunity Quilt in which you can purchase a ticket for the chance to win this quilt. You can buy tickets at the shops or I have some available as well! If you are local to this area, I hope you plan to attend 2024 Ogallala Quilt Festival!

And now the last stage! The most fun part in my opinion is choosing the layout of where each petal will be placed. I always snap a picture to help me “see” any odd placement and to help guide me along when sewing the petals to the pillow form fabric piece. The next step is to add the flower center. Week 2 Progress on the Hyacinth Case Sew Along with I have the outside done, installed the magnet, sewed on the exterior pocket and made the inside pockets. Zippers went well. I actually opted for an extra vinyl zipper pocket for the inside as I plan to use this for EPP (English Paper Piecing) on an upcoming trip and want everything to stay put during travel.

Some girls have all the fun! This weekend was so fun and inspiring! Thank you for and amazing weekend with the one and only Anna Maria Horner. I have wanted to take a class from AMH for years and was able to do so this weekend. She is the kindest and most gracious person! and I had the best time and met the nicest people along the way at the shop, trunk show and class. The class was on the Reserve Garden quilt pattern designed by Anna Maria Horner. It is a stunner! Cannot wait to finish my version. Swipe to see some fabric selections.
