DSM Producers has successfully placed music artists in television and film for over 20 years. Placements range from large budgeted Sony Films to Independent Sundance Films, television credits with all f

our of the major US networks, Cable Networks, British Broadcasting Company, the largest Japanese Network, as well as providing most music used at the White House. It was DSM Producers who gave me my first opportunity as a singer/songwriter over 15 years ago and many of my songs have now been heard. I spent years chasing opportunities as a singer/songwriter with either deals falling through or staying just out of my reach. I launched Big Door Music to help other artists have the same opportunities… we write and sing so… others will hear our music. This is the founding principle of BDM, “every artist deserves to be heard.”
What makes BDM different from other publishers?
• We don’t ask for you to pay any setup fees
• Our contracts are written in a manner which gives the artist more options
• We allow buyout options in the event an artist is signed to a major record deal
• With our 3 and 5 year options artists have opportunities to retain their music publishing for songs not placed
• BDM shares all placement revenues with the artist
• Artists retain the right to independently sell a number of copies of the published songs without paying any revenues to BDM.
• We provide business consulting when other opportunities come your way

Hello, there's a great documentary on Netflex which I recommend. It's called Under the Volcano. It's a great story of the very unique studio built by George Martin on a small island with a Valcano . Many hit records from the late 80s were recorded there.
