In my second video on Offer Review Days I take a minute to talk about communication. One of the most important things our clients tell us is that they want clear communication. So on Offer Review Day, I let them know where we are at. If there are offers in hand, if anyone has told me flat out they are going to write an offer, or anything else I know to be true.

If there end up being multiple offers, I need to make a spreadsheet so we can compare things apples to apples. That's coming up in the next video.

One of the most frequent questions I would get asked back in the day was, “Are you actually friends with ______________. (Other host that worked at KIRO or ESPN.)”

My answer was, “It depends.” I did and still do hang out socially with a few of my former co-workers. Don, obviously, and also Tom Tangney, Andrew Walsh, and Rachel Belle.
