This is essential listening for anyone interested in the history of Northwest music, and what would become "the Northwest Sound" Dave Lewis is often sited as the originator of the R&B influenced music NW bands of the late 50s and early 60s were playing. Little Green Thing is the record that kicked the door down for bands like the Wailers, The Frantics, the Kingsmen, and so many more.

Only three posters exist for the 1991 Fete de Morts (Halloween) party at Seattle's legendary club, The Weathered Wall.
These are originals, designed by Dennis R. White, approximately 30" X 50" (large) black and white posters that have never been hung. They're Vintage and in mint/excellent condition. Take advantage of the $40 Buy-It-Now option. This item will arrive for Halloween 2024.

MONDO VITA was an early-mid 1980s Seattle band led by Mark Sargent. The band brought 80s pop and wicked humor to Seattle's alt/underground scene. There's an excellent copy of the band's 1983 album "Fins de Paris" up for bids at the Northwest Lost Art & Music Foundation's online auction.

I've just added a 2X5 foot Bumbershoot 1989 poster by Carl Smool. It's in pristine condition since it was printed then went into Carl's storage for 35 years. No tears. No pinholes. No tape. This page is far too small to include a decent image of the entire poster. Message me and I'll get you a better image. Carl was such a supporter of the local music scene that it's fitting the proceeds go to the Northwest Lost Art & Music Foundation.

This is a signed, 16" X 20" framed archival pigment print of the band Hole by photographer Karen Moskowitz. The image area is 13" X 16" and was used for the May 1994 issue of Creem Magazine. Karen has directly overseen the photo's printing and framing.
This and dozens of other items are up for bids in the upcoming Northwest Lost Art & Music Foundation's online auction. It starts next Monday (September 23) at noon. I'll post the link and message anyone interested on Sunday.

The Northwest Lost Art & Music Foundation Fall 2024 auction is including a mint, factory-sealed copy of Seattle Syndrome Volume One released in 1981. This is the granddaddy of Seattle alt/underground punk compilations and features 15 tracks by the likes of The Refuzors, The Pudz, The Beakers, X-15, The Fastbacks, The Blackouts, The Fartz and other classic Seattle alt/underground/punk bands of the early 1980s. This item and dozens of others are part of the upcoming online Lost Art & Music Foundation auction that will begin Monday, September 23 -note the date change-and end Monday, October 7thr. I'll announce the link when it's been assigned.
