MY SON, 8, BECAME AS GENTLE AS A LAMB AFTER JUST ONE WEEKEND WITH MY MIL, SO I ASKED HIM WHAT SHE DID.
Our son has always been a handful — energetic, spoiled at times, and completely uninterested in discipline. My husband and I tried everything to instill some responsibility in him, but nothing seemed to work. That's why his transformation after just one weekend with my mother-in-law felt almost unreal.

I FOUND OUT MY HUSBAND HAD SECRETLY BOUGHT A SECOND HOUSE — THE NEXT DAY, I DROVE DIRECTLY THERE.
My husband, Will, became distant as soon as I got pregnant. He worked all day and wouldn't come home until 10 p.m. I felt strange. He still loved me, but he spent no time with me at all.
I thought maybe he wasn't ready to become a dad.

I ATTENDED MY HUSBAND'S OFFICE PARTY FOR THE FIRST TIME JUST TO SEE HIS OTHER "WIFE" THERE – HE GOT WHAT HE DESERVED LATER.
Recently, my husband and I were watching a movie on his laptop when he left for the bathroom, and the next moment, an email popped up:

Need to vent before I blow up.
I'm a mom to my sweet 7 year old Mia. Last night after a long day at work she was picking up her pencils and coloring books. That's when I found it.
It was a drawing, just a tender sketch at the plain sight. It showed a family: a man, a woman and a little girl, all holding hands. At first I smiled, thinking, "Aww, how sweet!" ". But then I looked closer. The man? It was definitely Jack, my husband. the woman? It wasn't me. She had brown hair and wore a wedding dress. Next to them, Mia had written in her big, round letter: "I CAN'T WAIT FOR YOU TO BE MY MOM."

An old man didn't have enough money to pay, but people...jeez, instead of helping, just cursed and drove him away. I couldn't stand it. I paid for him albeit with my last money.
The next morning, there were 2 jeeps near our tent.
