Most adults (54%) say they have little to no trust in the U.S. government, and 41% say the state of the nation has made them consider moving to a different country. And another finding that's probably adding to the political divide — 46% of respondents say they wouldn’t date someone who didn’t share the same political opinions (47% of women said this, and 45% of men).

A new poll from the American Psychological Association shows 7 out of 10 adults say the future of the Nation is a significant source of stress in their lives. And the results cross party lines.

Maheen The Globe LLC is dedicated to Maheen Mustafa’s (Editor-in-Chief/Founder) grandmother Professor Naseem Shah who passed away last year. She was the Principal/Dean of Karachi-based Sir Syed Ahmed College. She was a writer, fighter for women’s empowerment, women’s education and took active part in Pakistan’s teacher’s movement. She’s a mother of eight. She would write a journal every night. Her written Op-Ed’s have appeared in Dawn News paper. Her writing stopped when she suffered from a stroke, later died of Alzheimer's/Dementia. Maheen The Globe will take her legacy forward.
