Since March 2021 I have been consistently posting weekly podcast episodes about my thoughts and experiences as a Jesus follower. I love it. I am passionate about sharing the beauty and grace found in the gospel alone. All I want to do is share the story of Jesus.

Over the last few weeks, transparently, I've become lazy in my walk in the Christian faith. I haven't read the Bible as much as I'd like to. I haven't prayed as often as I'd like to. My mind has been consumed with the world instead of the more remarkable things to come.

I want to do the work God has called me to do, but to do that, I need to seek The Lord in everything. I need to follow Him all the days of my life. I need to shift my priorities so I can lovingly share the gospel as I am called to.

With that said, I will be taking a short break from the podcast until January 2023. New episodes will come, but I just need some time with Jesus for now. I love you all. Thanks for all the support.

There is another way to do life and it's by following Jesus. The gospel offers hope and healing. 💛

I've noticed this pattern with the identities we create. It begins with crafting some identity, choosing who will get to hold onto our scorecard, and then forcing ourselves to keep it up. Our value becomes dependent on the approval of our behavior and I do not know about you, but I've found that it's an exhausting way to live.
