The DACC Board of Directors have elected with the pending winter weather forecast again for this weekend to POSTPONE the Tri Five Chevy MEET N GREET to be held at Mr. Frosty in Denton to a to be announced Saturday in June. Those cold homemade root beers will be better in June than January and the Tri Fives will be out in force as usual at Mr. Frosty so watch the club website for the exact date in June to be announced soon and plan to join us! If you watch Mecum Auctions - you'll know this face and voice.. RIP

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of one of Mecum's cornerstones, John Kraman.

John played a pivotal role in the growth and success of Mecum Auctions, serving as a consignment director and becoming the unmistakable voice of Mecum since our television debut in 2008. His dedication to positioning our brand in the best possible light was more than a career—it was his life’s mission.

John set the standard for excellence, demanding accuracy, precision and the highest quality in everything we did. He wasn’t just part of Mecum Auctions; he was Mecum Auctions, living and breathing its essence every day.

Today's Tri Five Meet N Greet has been postponed to Saturday, Jan 18th 1-3pm at Mr. Frosty in Denton but be sure to stay tuned to the club website (www.DallasClassicChevy.com) and our page for any updates as we get closer to next weekend - there is another polar vortex building and when it hits here it will be very close to Jan 18th it appears right now. So stay tuned - if we get lucky we will get our Meet N Greet in before the cold blast hits again!

Our Tri Five Chevy Meet N Greet is pushed off to Saturday, January 18th, 1-3pm at Mr. Frosty in Denton because of the weather .. so for now get those snow chains on!

With the big turn in our weather, the DACC Board of Directors have elected to postpone the Tri Five Chevy Meet N Greet planned for Saturday, January 11th to the following Saturday, January 18th from 1 to 3PM. Let's cross our fingers that the weather is a bit nicer then for our '55-'57 Chevy get together at Mr. Frosty in Denton then!

Our club will host the annual Tri Five Chevy Meet N Greet at Denton's Mr. Frosty scheduled for Saturday, January 11th from 1 to 3pm. Always a nice turnout of '55-'57 Chevys and great burgers and goodies from Mr. Frosty! Please note that we may have to postpone this event as the long term weather forecast indicates we will be getting a huge winter blast about this time and that could result in putting this off to the next Saturday, so watch our FB page and website to get any updates!

THIS SUNDAY - DECEMBER 22nd - BENEFIT CAR SHOW FOR TERRELL FALLEN OFFICER JACOB CANDANOZA - Bring your Tri Five Chevy out to this very worthy car show for the family of Officer Candanoza who was brutally killed during a traffic stop on Sunday, Dec 8th. A Marine veteran, 28 year old Candanoza leaves behind a wife and small child. All proceeds from this car show will go towards the Candanoza family. Join the car community on Sunday, Dec 22nd from 1 to 5pm to honor this officer's sacrifice. The location is at State Highway 34 and Interstate 20 in Terrell.
