I'm as excited today as I was when Unapologetically Enough came out but not nearly as stressed.
My husband's cancer diagnosis changed everything.
I wrote The Enoughness Method in response to my last book, Unapologetically Enough.
The response from Unapologetically Enough shocked me because people came out of the woodwork in 2023 to have me lead burnout recovery workshops at associations, healthcare companies and Fortune 500 companies.
As I was flying home after delivering my last half-day burnout recovery workshop to a private healthcare company on November 8, 2023, my husband was getting a biopsy to see if the mass on his neck was cancerous or not.
Between flying home and learning of his cancer diagnosis on November 28th, I put the finishing touches on The Enoughness Method.
Advance copies showed up on my doorstep the day after my husband stopped treatment and I've been using the lessons and exercises inside it to heal from caregiver burnout.
I'm excited to see what unfolds now that this book is out in the world!
