We are thrilled by the enthusiastic support that has fueled our company's growth and our mission to uplift independent artists and original music. Today, we are delighted to introduce Heather Jordan, our new booking agent, who joins us in advancing this vision.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership as we embark on this exciting new chapter and let’s all welcome Heather to the team and hear a little bit about her.

“Raised in Northwestern Pennsylvania, I pursued my higher education at the University of Pittsburgh, earning dual Bachelor's Degrees in Hospitality and Business Management, complemented by a minor in Economics. Following graduation, I embarked on a career in management in South Florida, eventually assuming leadership responsibilities at a prominent casino on the Las Vegas Strip, where I rose to the role of Assistant General Manager of Food & Beverage by age 26. However, realizing the demanding nature of the role and its financial rewards, I decided to return to my passion for bartending.

With an extensive 18-year tenure in bartending, I have cultivated my skills in diverse urban landscapes such as Miami, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Phoenix, spanning a spectrum from casual dive bars to upscale nightclubs, major festivals, and luxurious resorts.

One pivotal evening, following the conclusion of a festival, I encountered Roosters Country in Mesa,AZ and was captivated by the remarkable voice of the performer on stage. (Dejan). This encounter led to a significant friendship with Angie and a deep admiration for Dejans band, “Last Train to Juarez”. Over the subsequent years, as our friendship flourished, I developed a profound appreciation for their dedication to independent music. Witnessing Angie's passion for booking independent artists and Dejan's commitment to his band "Last Train to Juarez," I was inspired to become more involved.
Driven by their passion and determination, I made the decision to join their journey, eager to contribute to their vision and support independent music.

I was deeply impressed by the dedication and effort Dejan and Angie invested in building DNA Booking. Witnessing the company's potential, I was inspired to expand my involvement and become a part of their game-changing journey. Angie graciously took me under her wing, providing mentorship and imparting her extensive knowledge in booking. Her ongoing guidance is invaluable as I continue to learn and grow in this role.

So I finally had a minute to process the latest events of our journey. These past couple months have been a blur with so much happening!

I started this project with no intention of taking it too seriously or even putting a band together. I just wanted to write my own songs and play them solo with just me and my guitar at the clubhouse and maybe some local gigs.

What started off as a side passion of mine has turned into a life changing adventure that I've gone "ALL IN" on and now plan on seeing how far I can take it.

I am humbled and honored that Last Train to Juarez has been nominated for best outlaw group of the year by The Josie Music Awards. I'm looking forward to attending the ceremony!

Simply being nominated is a huge milestone for me and I'm more than happy whether we get the award or not.

I made a decision long ago that I'm committing myself to the road I'm on.... sink or swim. Lately, we have been swimming (Well staying afloat) more than sinking so that's a positive sign.

We've been getting better gigs and even had the honor of being direct support for Brantley Gilbert at AZ Bike Week 2024. It has been a hell of a ride so far and we aren't half way through the year yet!

The best part of it all is that I've carved my own road doing things my own way. I've been told so many times that I need to stick to popular cover tunes and only pepper in one or two originals per set. I've been turned away by venues due to the fact that I don't/won't play top 40 mainstream pop country hits.

I've stuck to my guns and never compromised and thankfully, things seem to be going just fine.

So thank you all for your continued support and for believing in us!

Stay tuned for more new releases! We have a pipeline of new songs just waiting to be recorded. We'll be spending a lot more time on the road moving forward so if you're in Arizona, catch a show while you can as there will be less local shows in the future.
