The Morrill girls pick up a, 42-22, victory on the road at Minatare Friday night to improve to 9-5 on the season.
The Bridgeport Bulldogs welcomed in the Ogallala Indians for the second matchup of the year between the two. Ogallala is able to hang on and capture a second victory over the Bulldogs, 55-48.
In matchup of two of the top teams in the panhandle, Ogallala came to town and took on the Bridgeport Bulldogs for the second time in seven days. Indians ride the momentum of a fast start and avenge their previous loss to Bridgeport by winning, 54-44, and ending the Bulldog's 63-game regular season win streak.
The Gering boys picked up the team's third win of the season by routing Lexington, 76-30, on Saturday afternoon.
