Showers and thunderstorms will continue to develop and move into our area from the West Northwest this afternoon. Widespread severe weather is not expected. However an isolated strong wind gust is possible. Heavy rain and frequent lightning is possible with any thunderstorms that develope.

We will see scattered showers and thunderstorms develope around the area this afternoon and last through the evening. All activity should end before midnight. A few storms could have some gusty winds up to 50 mph and small hail. Frequent lightning will be be a concern. Isolated flash flooding could develop in the heavier storms.
Widespread severe weather is not expected.

Area of most likely development is circled in red.
