We all are human with different struggles to be the best version of ourselves mentally, physically, financially, or emotionally but we tend to forget that the one that covers all these areas is to be spiritually fed. “What is a Fist full”

A fist full is a heavy hand filled with worry, tears, or fears. Anything that distracts you from your purpose or focus is a"fist full". Because when you're mad you ball up a fist right, when you defend yourself you're fists are balled right, and when you can't or don't let go your fists are balled clinging or holding on right? So a fist full is the fist of the aftermath of trying to do it on your own. I have had a fist full of doubt, tears, worry, anxiety, fears, and frustration but now all I have are prayers. I now ball my fist full of prayers up a any time as my defense mechanism instead of retaliating, acting out of character, or seeking physical revenge to defeat any and everything that is thrown my way ment for my bad. It was not easy to do but my journey was well worth it! I learned to replace my fistfull of bad with a fist full prayers. Even though my journey is over with a victorious testimony, it still does not stop there. Being a daughter of the most high, you will always be thrown distractions, trials, or errors but you have a fist full of prayers to fight back with not tears. If you move out his way all you will be left with is prayers. I'll take a fist full of prayers over satan’s work any day. Now you can too!
