There’s just something about being the DJ at that very moment when the music starts you take that first step towards the love of your life. And as each guest turn around just to see how beautiful you are. It’s the smile of your partners face when they get that feeling of being the luckiest person in the world. It’s a rush of

excitement as the announcement is made introducing you for the very first time as a married couple. There’s a feeling of joy and pride during the special dances. There’s just a unique kind of love in the air at weddings, and even I get teary eyed. It’s like my eyes are glued to the TV screen as I watch The Notebook, only it’s your love story unfolding. I love being the DJ and a part of the excitement and the kick off to the new journey of a couple. Especially when that right song is played at the right time, right on cue. Kind of like a soundtrack. Playing that ‘ol tune that gets grandma out on the dance floor. Oh – and how fun seeing you and your friends dance to your theme song! And it’s all the reasons why I love what I do and love DJing and MCing weddings. Some days I feel like superman. I dance like no one is watching. I am a hopeless romantic.
