Records LLC was formed by Owners Andrew "StingRay" Drew Knibbs and Stacy "E-Dogg" Ellison both formerly of Gary Indiana, by way of Anderson, Indiana. Since the passing of Stacy "E-Dogg Ellison, the label has been re-branded along with a sister company, RruffNekkTalentEnt, by the now new Owner and CEO Andrew "StingRay" Drew Knibbs.
