We did it 🥂💍🤍

On Thursday 10/3 our plans started to unravel and we started to come to terms that our 100 person Siesta Key wedding was most likely not going to happen.

Monday morning 10/7, we decided to evacuate to the panhandle not knowing exactly what we were going to do about our special day, 10/10.

I last second grabbed our wedding stuff.. just in case.

We drove 11 hours and got settled into our friend’s condo in Seagrove. My sister April was determined to still make this wedding happen lol

She got her flight plans worked out to meet us here instead (the airlines comping her $2400 ticket) she got ordained, as we didn’t want a random person at the courthouse marrying us.

We did everything very last minute from the cake to the bouquet and she married us on the beach still, just a different one.

It was small, but perfect for us.

With our son (and a few news crews) to witness it, we still pulled it off!

I believe we are a strong team who is easily able to adjust to life’s curveballs and wanted to still commit our love to each other on our sentimental day.

Hey, I’m Kayla!

Owner of Kayla Fassio Fitness (www.kaylafassiofit.com) which started in May 2015. Since then, helping over 100’s of women online and over 30 personal training clients.

I started Kayla Fassio Fitness on a whim when I was let go from my seemingly comfortable job in Oil and Gas in Oklahoma City, OK. My passion has always been working out, fitness, health and combined with my other passion which is helping people, it seemed like a great fit.

Since starting my business, I’ve had some major accomplishments such as becoming an Elite Sponsored Athlete with 1st Phorm International, I was a fitness contributor for Fox News 25 in OKC from January 2016-October 2016, doing weekly LIVE segments, signing with Naturally Fit modeling agency based in Los Angeles, CA.

I lived in Los Angeles the past three years until recently moving to Florida September 2020. While there, I grew so much mentally and emotionally and really saw the effects first hand how minfulness, mindset, and being mentally strong can dramatically change your ability to change your physical physique.
