The CCAV team had a great time last night working at our new account, The Marriott Resort & Spa Palmetto.
We produced the First Baptist Church of Palmettos Orchestra with a wonderful Chistmas program and it was a huge success!
Great crowd and perfect cool weather!
Sound and Lights were pretty good too!

2024 was one for the books here at CCAV with incredible storm damage.
In all the madness, we still could not be more a thankful for our team, who worked tirelessly on clean up, our friends who were there to help when we needed them the most and our clients who supported us after the never ending line of storms.
Thank you all, we could not have made it through without you!

We hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!

CCAV was back at it again today! Helping the Market Boutique and Anna Maria Oyster Bar deliver much need supplies to Bradenton Beach.
I am lucky to be part of a such a great group helping.
The island will return.
She’s resilient, like her natives.

Hurricane Helene Relief.
Working with AMOB and thier staff, CCAV was able to get a large amount of much needed cleaning items as well as Hot food to Anna Maria Oyster Bar on the Pier this morning.
They were set up and distributing items right away to the much needed residents.
Some lost literelly everything...
I grew up on Bradenton Beach, so this hits hard.
We are blessed to be able to help everyone in need and we will be helping again this week in between events as long as we can.

Hurricane Debbie came and went on Aug 4th for most, pretty much unnoticed except for some rain. CCAV unfortunatly fell victim to the whole area flooding.
But... CCAV is back 100% and we didn't miss one event!
I really cannot thank my team enough for all of the hard work and dedication to rebuild while managing events, emotions and the unknown! It was a very difficult time, but we came together and made it happen.
The repairs were extensive and the equipment losses are unimaginable, but we are resilient!

Now, its time to put the staging back down to elevate gear, load the trucks and prepare for the next Hurricane.
I just need the water to stay away this time, please...
