It’s me, hi. 💁🏻‍♀️

If you’re new here, or you’ve been following and want to know more of the story, I’m Gail, the creator and heart behind + . 🤍

These accounts are my journal - capturing our love, the places we go, and every day moments that makes life feel meaningful.

was born out of finding the beauty in the every day – through food, drinks, and our coastal lifestyle. Over time, it’s grown into a space that includes clean beauty, sustainable fashion, and eco-friendly products that we use in our home. 🏠

started when my sister-in-law looked through a photo album I created for Alex. It documented a year of our adventures in coffee shops, cocktails, and local adventures. As an interior designer, it immediately caught her eye and she said “You need to put this out into the world.“ 🌎

During the pandemic, Alex and I worked in healthcare and had just one day a week together. So I made it count. I would plan local adventures - to support small businesses - but to also make memories we could hold onto. And I documented it all in photos. 📖

That’s the heart of what you see here.

Our journey has taken us from 5 course dinners to hotel stays to specialty events to collaborations with brands that we genuinely love. 🍽️

So much has changed, but yet what matters most has remained the same. The connections are the best part. I’ve met so many of you in real life. This is a community of people sharing their story, inspiring others, and leading with heart and soul.

Whether you are here for the eats, the drinks, the beauty finds, or just a little sprinkle of happiness in your day … I’m so glad that you’re here.

Some seasons in life feel soft, but strong.
This one has been exactly that.

Soft in the quiet moments - holding a supportive space for others, offering comfort and compassion to those that are navigating life’s challenges.

Strong in the growth - expanding Seaside’s presence within the community and online, sharing my thoughts on with Brittany Jennings of .solutions, and being honored as Best Local Therapist - Silver Winner by . 🏆

Every step has been fueled by my heart - from the way I work with clients to how I design and shape . 🌊

The coastal boho feel of Seaside is something I’ve created with intention - from the website to the socials, to this very photo shoot taken by the incredibly talented + beautiful Roni of . (She’s a game changer.) 📸

Goodbye, January. Hello, February. 📆

As we wrap up the first chapter of 2025, many of us are seeking balance with life’s ups and downs. It’s important to remain true to yourself + create a routine that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit. ✨

The journey of life is full of waves – challenges that knock us down and moments of joy that lift us up. Building emotional strength through self-care, coping skills, and strong connections help us navigate those waves with more ease. 🌊

The past few months have brought a surge of difficult events for so many people, from the hurricane aftermath here to the fires in LA and now a plane crash. These events have left many feeling overwhelmed, heartbroken, and uncertain. It’s during these times that self-care and community become even more vital. 🤍

In January, the Waves of Wellness challenge from became a component of my self-care routine to help navigate some of those waves. I have been using the ocean cleanser and body butter in my daily routine + the calendar to help inspire me with ideas for mindfulness. 🧖🏻‍♀️

Oh, those Christmas lights🎄

When Alex asked what I wanted for Christmas, I told him what I told our girls and favorite 5 year old … you are my gift. 🎁

And that’s what our holidays have been about … quality time together. 🤍

What a beautiful way to celebrate the holidays then by exploring during Lights in Bloom. 🦩

Sarasota continues to recover + rebuild and Selby Gardens is a shining example of that. We stepped into a tropical winter wonderland with over 2 million lights illuminating the gardens and walkways.🌴

Selby Gardens Lights in Bloom is ranked in the top 10 in USA Today’s Best Botanical Garden Holiday events … and there are still a few days left to attend!
