My friends, get ready for this episode dropping this Thursday!!! I’m joined by Chloe Redmond with @vinovaqueraconsulting and our mics are on fire with the supercharge secret sauce!! S2 | EP33: The Missing Link That Supercharges Hustle and Makes It Your Manifesting BFF
How much hammering and sawing can one take? How about 3 months!!
And right outside the window of the bedroom where I record. 🫠
So I’ve relocated to the very swanky bottom bunk of the boys room. That backdrop outta knock ‘em dead on You Tube. 😂
Yep, it was that fun!
Have you met Chloe Redmond with @vinovaqueraconsulting ? Well, you will, and she’s amazing. Today we recorded a pod and talked about the good kind of hustle, how getting clear on what you want to manifest is always the best place to start, and how quiet and hustle are both necessary for success. She also gives us a glimpse inside working with Deepak Chopra!
We laughed, we got real, and had a great time spinning some wisdom together. I can’t wait to share this one with you on Season 2!
I’M BACK!
It was an awesome summer and now I’m pumped to bring you Season 2 of the podcast.
I recorded the first episode this morning and I am SO EXCITED to bring you this line up of guests to talk about navigating our professional lives in the healthiest most empowered way possible. We’re talking about career, health, relationships and how to get what you really want because it’s all connected.

Stay tuned….😎
Sometimes the things we teach our kids are really the things we need to hear as adults doing all of the adulting things. The question is who needed to hear it more this morning? 🙋🏻♀️ 🤣

DID YOU KNOW
that juvenile Scrub Jays go around to other Jay nests in the late spring, on a mission to eliminate the competition? 😳
We didn’t either, until this week when the nest over our driveway came under attack. I’ll spare details, and just say that only one chick survived, against the odds, with a head injury from the attack followed by two falls from the nest.
We brought it inside with every intention of calling Wildlife Care Network but then remembered we might know a thing or two about hand raising baby birds. 🐣
It was like second nature, or something. 😉
Except, unlike hen chicks, this little one needs feeding by hand and lots of snuggles.
In Spanish, se cayo means “fell”. So I named this little sweetie Cayo for short, since it literally fell into our lives. We weren’t sure it was going to make it, but it looks like the grow mash borrowed from our hen chicks has perked it right up.
Since the nest is too dangerous a place to put it back, here we are raising a nestling for the next few weeks, until it has the wings to fly and find its own way. It’s so tiny. Isn’t it cute?!?
And I thought I was the only one!
Anyone else out there getting heart palpitations about May? Again.
It happens every year. I can feeling it coming right around mid-April when the calendar goes from manageable to how-are-we-going-to-do-all-of-this? And it happens in just a few days. Boom!
It feels like everyone realizes the school year is about to end and we gotta cram it all in before we get swallowed up by summer.
My calendar follows a neat arch that leaps from one important deadline and milestone to the next. All requiring not just my attention but my full planning capabilities, all of my heart, my best pep talks, special outfits, and all of the careful guidance and clear communication I can manage.
You know, just another normal day around here. 😳😂🤪
Oh my, oh my! 🎉 This has been a labor of love but I would do it all again. And I’m going to keep doing it! 🎙️👍🏼. Thank you to all of you who listen every week and write in with comments and high fives. 🙌🏼 I love hearing from you! And if you haven’t listened, hop on over and grab an episode right now. You can listen while you scroll. 😂. Thanks a million! 💜
Quick question: Have you ever come back from vacation needing a vacation? Me too! It's really never enough, partly because even when we get away, we don't get the rest we crave. On today's episode I'm taking the mic solo to talk about something called a sabbatical - why you should most definitely take one and how to make it happen. And I’m curious…have you ever considered an extended time off? Hit me up in the comments about what you would do if you had nothing but time?
Here’s what I love about this video. I’m clearly game at the top, not really thinking much before I adjust and then just go. Typical approach for me. But then I see that I am not in the lane. I have veered off the path. I should be going straight down in that well-worn groove, but there I am instead all squirrelly and almost sideways. You know why? Because I’m overthinking, and then I resist, AND THEN I do the worst thing of all…try and control the sled into getting back on the path. Control gosh darn it. GET YOURSELF UNDER CONTROL!The absolute story of my life.Until, I realize in a split moment, that trying to get under control might be the very thing that makes me crash. So I do the only thing I can do and just LET GO. Put up my hands, relax the toosh and just enjoy the ride. Do you see what happens when I simply start enjoying the ride? Immediate course correction. There I am just flying straight down the mountain, carving my very own path and having the time of my life. Letting go is the most terrifying thing you can do, but it’s worth trying. You might be amazed at how effortless and self-correcting an experience it can be. WEEEEeeeeeeEEEEEEeeeeeeEEEEEEeeeee!
HOW DO I LOVE YOU?
Let me count the ways.
Your support, love, feedback, input and downloads has been nothing short of life changing. The first episode launched just two weeks ago and already the downloads have so far exceeded my expectations, I can’t even tell you.
But can I tell you?
With just four episodes, I’m already in the top 50% of Apple and my podcast distributor Buzzsprout ranked me in the top 25% of the 120,000 podcast they handle.
WHAT?!?!
I’m humbled. I’m stoked. I’m deeply grateful to YOU for making this happen SO QUICKLY!
If you missed the launch or any
of the episodes come on over. We’re having a great time inside the pod.
