There comes a moment when staying small hurts more than the unknown.
When clinging to comfort feels heavier than stepping into the light.
That moment is the beginning of your becoming. 🌱

For a long time, I believed that feeling good in my body meant changing it.
More workouts. Less food. Tighter clothes. A smaller shape.
Always reaching for a version of myself that felt just out of reach.

Then one day, I stepped onto a yoga mat, not to lose weight, but because I was exhausted.
Exhausted by the pressure.
Exhausted by the shame.
Exhausted by the feeling that my body was never quite good enough.

What I found on the mat was not perfection.
It was presence.
Movement that asked how I felt, not how I looked.

A breath that whispered, « You are safe here. »
Yoga never gave me a new body.
It gave me a new relationship with the one I already had.

And that changed everything.
🧘‍♀️ If you have ever felt disconnected from your body, I want you to know, you are not alone.
Let this be a reminder: your body has always been your home.

Nature asks for nothing and yet offers everything.

Grounding. Clarity. Silence.

That deep peace no notification can ever replace.🌳
