My word for the year is “Rooted”.

I am rooted in my body, this sacred vessel is the center of my life. My spirit can express itself fully with my feet planted firmly on the ground. I am centered in my life and the sacred work of living. I am nourished by my creativity, my community and the divine that moves through me and into the Earth, returning back again in an ever sustaining cycle. Every action or non-action I take is an expression of my connection to Wisdom. I move freely through all things, rooted, expansive and alive.
