This was my second time filming at Tranquility and it was an absolute blast. Scott not only made sure that everyone had a great time but he made sure that our cast and crew was safe and happy. This is a true gem of a location.

Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is responsive, communicative, and wonderfully helpful. His location and standing sets are beautiful. We were able to get all the footage we needed on his set and Scott pointed out many functions of the locations that actually made our day run faster! My team and I are incredibly grateful Scott was able to squeeze us in for our weekend shoot.

Your team must book Scott's locations! There is absolutely no better place to film than at Scott's place! He is extremely resourceful, knowledgeable, and supportive. Every member of our crew and team mentioned how great he is. We shot SIX locations with Scott and we probably could have shot more if we had more time. We're definitely coming back with our next production!

the photos of the location don’t do it justice. It was more than perfect for our production needs. The host was extremely helpful then entire time and communication was spot on. I am going to use this location again in the near future and I would highly recommend any one who is looking for quality locations to bring their film to life.

This location is fantastic and has so much more than you can see in the photos. It feels like you're in the middle of nowhere even though you're moments from civilization. Scott is an excellent and helpful host, I can't wait to bring the crew back here ASAP.

Scott's property did not disappoint. He was kind enough to walk us around on the tech scout to make sure we noticed additional filming locations once he heard we were looking for isolated spots. He showed us two additional places we could film in 360 degrees without seeing any civilization/neighboring houses - a place up on a hill with a completely flat area, which overlooked a vista of hills and mountains in the distance, and a canyon with a dried creek bed that was great. And those places were both in addition to many of the great spots in his location photos. Scott went above and beyond to help and accommodate our little film shoot - highly recommend him and his property.

This place was amazing! They weren't kidding when they said there is a new scene every where you turn. My team and I will certainly be back to film here again, as I feel like we only scratched the surface of its potential! Scott was also a fantastic host. Every question I had leading up to the shoot was answered right away over text, and he was very accommodating throughout the day as we shot.

Rob even helped check and add air into one of the rental cars I brought onto the property after we discovered it had a nail in it. Scott supplied my crew with waters and even loaned his speaker to us when we forgot ours. The site itself is one of a kind!
