On my husband's birthday, the doorbell rang, and I rushed to answer it, only to be greeted by a cake delivery. We bought our house about 2 months ago, and I've had arguments with this neighbor almost every week! It all started because he planned to build a fence ON MY PROPERTY! He kept showing me a bunch of documents, claiming the previous owner gave him permission.
