INGREDIENTS

4 avocados cut in half, peeled and pitted

1 lemon (the zest and juice)

1 pot of Greek yogurt

1 tsp honey

2 ripe bananas

100 ml skimmed milk
1 chopped apple
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the avocado pulp with two tablespoons of lemon juice to prevent it from darkening and becoming bitter. Mash with a fork or hit the blender or processor until you form a puree.

Add honey, bananas, chopped apple and yogurt. Stir well with a spatula to incorporate these ingredients well.

Add the milk and the lemon zest. Continue mixing or beating in a blender or food processor until it reaches a creamy consistency.

Transfer the mixture to a container with a lid and take it to the freezer for at least two hours to get very consistent.
