This is long over due. I wanted to shout out the Northridge Mall Night Market that is once a month. I’m new to this market so I don’t know if it is every month. I got sick and then life was living so I never got to post this and my night photos were horrific. My photos were blurry due to the outdoor photos. I tried a couple if items. Pictured here is a Pineapple Tamale. They also had Strawberry Tamale but were sold out. My husband and I loved the Pineapple Tamale. It was our first time ever. My family doesn’t make those flavors for the sweet.

I would like to go back and try the pozole from another vendor without salsa inside of it. I think I will love it.

Please if you have time, stop by the Night Market. It is a nice damilh friebdky event. You may need to bring your own chairs. Tabkes and cgairs sre provided but frankly there isnt enough for the size if this event.

Today we’d like to feature Jim’s Restaurant, in Seaside, Ca. This is a photo from Yelp. I accidentally deleted my photo of our order from earlier this week. We had ordered Salt & Pepper Pork Short Ribs, Egg Foo Yung, and Pork Fried Rice. The restaurant was generous with free appetizers.

At 1:30 pm, Pacific Pop ’n’ Jazz, a dynamic 16-piece full jazz band, will take the stage with an exciting mix of Big Band jazz, Latin, funk and pop. This talented community band is made up of volunteer musicians from throughout the region, including Hollister, Los Banos, Watsonville, Salinas, Santa Cruz, Aptos and Gilroy. Afterwards, stay for a fantastic performance by Saxophonia at 2:30 pm and keep the good vibes going on the Wharf.

This sweet baby is in need of a foster home. If you are able to foster, please reach out to this rescue directly.

Clyde is in need of a new foster home or better yet foster to adopt home. This sweet boy was found at just days old and was bottle fed and nursed back to health. Now as a happy and healthy boy it's time to move on to his happily ever after so his current foster mom can be ready for the next neonate in need of her expert care. Today we would like to feature the El Estero Snack Bar. Have you been? We absolutely love grabbing burgers from here from time to time. Their fries are some of the longest fries we have seen in this area! Please give them a try if you have not been.
