Steak with Creamy Shrimp and Lobster Sauce🥩🦐🦞🍲
Ingredients:
For the Steak:
2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks 🥩
Salt and black pepper, to taste 🧂
1 tablespoon olive oil 🫒
1 tablespoon butter 🧈
For the Creamy Shrimp and Lobster Sauce:
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 🦐
1/2 lb lobster meat, chopped 🦞
2 tablespoons butter 🧈
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1/2 cup heavy cream 🥛
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 🧀
1/4 cup chicken or seafood broth 🍲
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional) 🌿
Salt and black pepper, to taste 🧂
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish 🌿
Instructions:
Cook the Steak:
🥩 Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and butter.
Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Remove and let rest while you prepare the sauce.
Prepare the Shrimp and Lobster Sauce:
🧈 In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
🦐 Add the shrimp and lobster meat, cooking until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the seafood from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
🥛 Pour the broth into the skillet, scraping up any browned bits, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
🌿 Add Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper, and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Combine and Serve:
🦐 Return the shrimp and lobster to the skillet, and stir to coat in the sauce.
🥩 Serve the steaks topped with the creamy shrimp and lobster sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Filipino Pork Barbecue Recipe
1 Kilo Pork Belly, slice in 1-inch cuts
1 Tsp. Garlic, finely minced
1/2 cup – Soy Sauce
1/4 cup – Calamansi Juice
1/2 cup – Banana or Tomato Catsup
1 Can lemon soda
1/2 cup – Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper powder
Bamboo skewers – pre-soak for 20 minutes before placing skewered meat
Instructions
In a bowl, mixed together minced garlic, soy sauce, calamansi juice, catsup, half of lemon soda, salt, black pepper.
Leave ½ cup of the marinade and sugar aside.
Put pork in a bowl and pour the rest of marinade.
Cover with plastic wrap, leave it for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.
Pre-soak the bamboo skewers in hot water for 15 minutes.
Skewer the pork on a bamboo stick with up to 6 pieces per stick.
Prepare the grill and pre-heat.
Mix together 1/2 cup marinade, sugar, and remaining lemon soda.
Grill the pork, about 10 minutes on each side. Check constantly to avoid burning.
Total grilling time should take about 20 minutes.
Brush the pork barbecue with the marinade every few minutes to preserve the taste.

😋💜🍇 Irresistible Blueberry Dream Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups fresh blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
Fresh blueberries and mint leaves for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
In a saucepan, combine 2 cups blueberries, 3/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in the sour cream until just combined.
Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Spoon half of the blueberry mixture over the cream cheese layer. Repeat layers.
Swirl the top with a knife for a marbled effect.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Garnish with fresh blueberries and mint leaves before serving.
Prep Time: 30 minutes | Cooking Time: 70 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 40 minutes
