Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a smart, proactive Project Coordinator / Assistant to help us stay organized and keep things running smoothly across our San Francisco and Los Angeles (Santa Clarita) locations.
Day-to-day tasks will include:
- Scheduling & calendar management
- Parts procurement & shipping coordination
- Team follow-ups & CRM updates
- Light client communication & support
Project tracking, order & inventory management, and invoicing
Skills we're looking for:
Excellent communication, fast thinking, resourceful, and organized. Comfort with:
- Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM tools
- Zoom, Twilio, calendar systems
- Customer service, order resolution, and light project management
Bonus: experience with government grants or aerospace logistics
Hours: Part-time (approx. 30 hrs/week)
Location: Hybrid — Remote work plus in-person meetups in both San Francisco & Los Angeles as needed
