Sound and Machine - The Podcast
Sound and Machine was created by Zita Molnar, a DJ/ producer now living in San Francisco.
The original indie podcast was created in 2008 in Chicago while the trance music scene was still heavy. The podcast’s old name used to be “Chicago Tranceformation” - but after couple years it was renamed to its current name “Sound and Machine” to better reflect the genres presented in the podcast.
Today’s episodes showcase such electronic music genres as techno, deep house, tech house, bass music, future bass, downtempo, chill dubstep, minimal deep tech.
While the current episodes mostly present Zita’s music performed at clubs, festivals and on FM radio waves, there are plans to release our old guest DJ mixes from the Chicago Tranceformation era, and to invite fellow new artists.
