Right after my coaching call with & Keisha French I did a THING. Closed on this little baby tonight! One of my students Mercedes Hannon went and checked it out for me while checking on her own projects 🙏🏽”Gurus” create content I create results!🏚️🏡 Let’s run the numbers…

Picked up as a foreclosure from the auction for only 79k Had one of my contractors get me a scope of work that came up to 29k so, total 108k plus some holding fees. Let’s call it total, 111k all in.

After rehab is done in 60 days I plan to put a sale price(in the middle of a great fall surge due to rate drops) of 169k.(based off comps)

Do the math.. $169-111=$58,000 for 2 months worth of work and I’ll probably use none of my own money for the rehab. 🤭☺️🤷🏾‍♂️

Man! I have all my mentees create their “Why” before we start our coaching sessions and this one right here I just felt was so inspiring that I had to ask permission to post it. Each one of our whys is different but, they all should be so much bigger than the typical, “I wanna build wealth” or “I want to be financially free” those are great reasons but, they won’t push you they won’t hold you accountable.
