Parent tip for teens

As a 21st century mother with expertise in human behavior, I feel it is important to teach our children the difference between anger and rage.

Anger is a natural emotion and it is normal to feel angry when we believe something is not right.

Anger is an acceptable emotion.

However, when anger transforms into rageful outbursts and causes harm to our loved ones, destroys property or causes damage to things around us, it becomes unacceptable.

Therefore, it is crucial to teach our children to manage their anger in a healthy way and avoid turning it into rage.
