4 Quick & Simple Ways to Repurpose Your Existing Content⤵️
First, start by choosing one of your most engaging topics or most frequently asked questions. Let's try: "How much should I spend on Facebook Ads?"
① Create an Instagram Feed Post with a simple text-based graphic that says "How to Determine a Facebook Ads Budget". Include how to do this in the caption. (Bonus points if you animate the graphic & turn it into a video!)
② Take the caption from the post above and turn it into an Instagram Carousel Post. For example, Image 1 would be the title: Here's How Much You Should Spend on Facebook Ads. Image 2+ would include the exact steps you shared in the caption above but now on an image. Change the caption to short copy that says something like, "Wondering how much you should actually spend on Facebook Ads to see results? Swipe above."
③ Talk through the steps from the caption in step 1 an Instagram Reel Video. Save the raw video file to share again on other placements.
④ Share the raw video file that was used in the Reel to Instagram Stories. Then save this to a highlight so others can see!

These are a few of my favorites for automatically scheduling your posts.✨ Sprout Social (my personal favorite): I started using this in my agency days and though it's one of the more expensive tools, it's still the most comprehensive tool for engaging, publishing, and (my favorite feature) reporting.✨Creator Studio (aka, Facebook & Instagram's scheduler): It doesn't have as many features as the others, but if you're looking just for Facebook & Instagram scheduling and don't need extensive reporting, this is a great free option.✨Later: If you're a fan of beautifully curated Instagram feeds, you'll love Later. You can preview your feed, easily move days around & schedule your stories in advance. (They also offer TikTok publishing! You'll get a notification when it's time to post.)✨Planoly: Think Later, but enhanced for eCommerce businesses. Planoly makes it easy to plan, schedule, AND tag your shoppable products all in one place. With an upgraded plan you can even track product conversions and respond to comments.✨ Hootsuite & Buffer: Good affordable options if you want to schedule to multiple channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. How to Work with Content Creators
To be clear, I'm ALL FOR regular photoshoots and video shoots with professionals. That's often the best way to get high-end content that's on-brand, in line with what you're looking for, and requires very minimal editing.
But sometimes when you're just starting out, this kind of shoot isn't in the budget.
So when clients come to me for help with social media, but they don't have a lot of photos or videos to use, we create a plan to gather more content -- one that doesn't include stock images.
First, we create a photography guide that includes the brand style, tone, audience, colors, do's + don'ts for imagery, and examples of shots we want to take.
Then we identify content creators who may be a fit to capture photos and videos featuring the brand's products.
While these creators could also be 'influencers', the biggest difference is in the 'ask'. The goal of the partnership is to capture quality content that the brand can share on their social media pages. The quality of images and videos is the most important factor when selecting these individuals -- not the number of followers or engagement rate. The creator is also not asked to post anything on their social pages. (Though sometimes they do anyway which is always a bonus!)
Once we've agreed to the terms including the number of images + videos, compensation, due dates, and revisions, the products are sent to the creator to complete the request.
Because the creators or not necessarily 'professional photographers', the brand might not be able to use every single image they receive. BUT they do get a large number of images to choose from at a price they can afford at the time.

Accelerate Your Growth With Organic + Paid Strategies
📣 REMINDER: When you advertise on Facebook & Instagram, you're advertising from your organic social media profiles.
Therefore, your social ads and organic social media content shouldn't feel disconnected. They should support one another in achieving your goals.
What does this look like?
First, make sure that your organic social media page is optimized -- you have a clear bio, profile image, link to your website, highlights that provide more information about your business, and a consistent content strategy. Next, focus on tactics that add trust and credibility to your page. This includes responding to all comments and questions or sharing customer experiences, reviews, tags, and more.
When setting up your ads, consider using your best-performing organic content as part of your funnel.
You may or may not get a sale the first time your Facebook & Instagram Ads reach your intended customer (it usually takes multiple interactions anyways). But if you can capture their interest enough that they follow your page, you have more opportunity to engage with them outside of paid ads which gets them closer to becoming a customer.

Reason #1: Why You Shouldn't Share the Same Copy On All Channels
Please don't share the exact same social media post to every channel.
🚩 You don't need to click the "link in bio" on Facebook. You can include a clickable link directly in your Facebook posts.
🚩 You don't need 30 hashtags in your Facebook posts. 1-3 Hashtags are sufficient as they are not used the same way as they are on Instagram.
🚩 When asking people to 'Save' this post, the button is 👇 on Instagram and 👆 on Facebook.
Instagram and other auto-publishing tools make it easy for you to share your posts directly to Facebook with the simple click of a button. But that doesn't mean you should.
Making small changes to your copy based on the user experience of each channel will help improve your business results as well as the experience for your audience.
