💜 something I used to do all the time. Get trapped in my head with thoughts ultimately cycling and recycling stressful energy with in myself as well as radiate that energy around and outside of myself all laced with different degrees of fear from thoughts that had nothing to do with the current moment. Something I was able to grasp and apply daily from dialectical behavioral therapy has kept me very grounded in most every moment now more so which is when I catch myself in one of those dwelling thought behaviors I ask myself is this thought serving me or is it not and if it is not i then push those unserving thoughts away and ask myself what am I doing in this moment and the best example I have to give as I write this is something mundane like washing dishes. At that very moment I would concentrate in a sort of meditation on every detail of whatever activity I was currently involved in. For me now it is so automatic that fear almost does not exist within my heart or my mind. For me practicing this Behavior for as long as I have has given my mind and my heart space to find true love for myself within myself. I just wanted to share that with whoever comes across this post. In my time here I have observed that all choices are based on different degrees of Love or fear. I Choose Love💜
