Food companies got most people fooled thinking that food is for pleasure and satisfaction versus fuel… so we are traditionally taught to drop the self discipline, to eat and drink bu****it, manipulating the mind to pay for the poison that’s destroying the body, then pay for medical treatments that are thr results of poor self discipline habits… The biggest issue is that this behavior has been taught and still being accepted and most still find an excuse to complain, ask for prayer and support for lack of a healthy wealthy lifestyle… Damn we have to do better as a collective!!!

A lot of people seem to forget, there’s those that are really willing to tolerate the bu****it as much as possible, that’s until you put them in a situation where the teeth, claws and the IDGAF about anything else but destruction of the threat is the focus… when this happens, there’s only two outcomes…

These are the minority of people today in my opinion… Most are so self centered to where this mindset is not even a thought that comes up… The biggest divide, in my opinion, is not gender, color, religion or race but those that build and those that destroy, those who contribute and those who take…Imagine if we all we contributed selflessness to prevent people from having to be selfish…
