STORM'S IMPACT 🌧️ A National Weather Service meteorologist said San Diego County has gone from its driest start to the rainy season to the third driest ever following Thursday's rainfall.

“Yesterday was the first significant storm that we’ve had here in Southern California the entire winter,” Alex Tardy from National Weather Service San Diego said.

The U.S. Attorney's Office said that after Lucresia Stone-Rojas, 46, was arrested in December of 2023, investigators found packages addressed to prison inmates in her possession.
