Here are a few mental exercises, that will work for you, from my book, "Finding my own path to enlightenment." They are designed to help you find that inner peace you desire. Take them one step at a time. You can do either one of them or all, its all up to you. Namaste and Love to you all.
Exercise 1. Do a Meditation for 10 – 15 minutes.
We learned how to meditate. Sit in quiet room by yourself, either on the floor or in a chair. You can also lie on the floor, I have done it this way as well. Close your eyes and focus your awareness on your breathing and feel your heart beat slow down and feel your body calm. After a minute or so you will start to see the colors.
Do these meditations 1 to 2 times daily. I prefer to do a 20 minute morning mediation before my day begins and to help start my day in the happiness level the highest level or God Mode. And at night, just before going to bed, I’ll do another 20 minute mediation and close out my day. At the end of my meditation, before I open my eyes, I give thanks for everything in life and all wonderful joy I have.
Exercise 2. Create a really happy thought to get to creation mode.
Find your happiest moment in life that will make you super happy, even if its for a moment. Examples are a song you like, a child, baby, an event or what ever you need to do to raise yourself to the happy level or God Mode.
When you are on this level of frequency you are in Creation mode, God mode, and can manifest what you desire most in life. After you get yourself to Creation Mode, at that happiest level, simply say, “Something wonderful and awesome is going to come to me, I know it” and totally feel it as if something wonderful and awesome has just happened and wait for it to come to you. It may happen within seconds or minutes some may have to wait for the next day but it will come.
Here’s a good idea to do, write this sentence down on a small piece of paper and tape it to your bathroom or bedroom mirror. Some place you will see it when you wake up or when you are getting ready for work in the morning and just say the phrase to your self several times.
“Something wonderful and awesome is going to come to me, I know it!” “Thank you, thank you, Thank you.”
Exercise 3. Morning and night time affirmation.
Immediately upon waking, as soon as your feet touch the floor and before your night mediation begins you need to tell yourself these words. “I am the creator of my life and I am responsible for everything that happens to me.” Do this with the “Feeling” that you attract only positive and good things to your life. That only wonderful, happy and joyful energy, positive people, money in abundance and everything you desire “will and has” came to you. When you start to re-align yourself to the frequency you were meant to be, you will find that life is wonderful and beautiful. That the love of God Source is always with you and you need nothing more out of life but to give love to others, all the while to universe will reward you by giving you more and an abundant then what you are asking for.
