Loaded Beef Nachos Recipe 🌮🧀
These loaded beef nachos are perfect for a party, game day, or just a fun meal. Packed with seasoned beef, melty cheese, and fresh toppings, they're sure to be a crowd-pleaser!
🛒 Ingredients:
For the Nachos:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
1/4 cup water
8 oz (225g) tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a Mexican blend)
Toppings:
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced tomatoes (or pico de gallo)
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup guacamole (optional)
🔥 Instructions:
1. Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
2. Assemble the Nachos:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
On a large baking sheet, spread the tortilla chips in an even layer.
Sprinkle half the cheese over the chips. Add the seasoned beef evenly on top, followed by the remaining cheese.
3. Bake:
Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
4. Add Toppings:
Remove from the oven and top with red onion, tomatoes, jalapeños, and fresh cilantro.
5. Serve:
Add dollops of sour cream and guacamole before serving. Enjoy immediately while the cheese is still gooey!
